This villa lies in the popular area between the villages of Cómpeta and Canillas de Albaida, just off the main road enjoying easy access without any unmade track and within walking distance of both these villages.  It is south facing so enjoys sun all day long and has a small private plot that is laid to terrace keeping maintenance down to a minimum with various well established bushes and plants.
