Solutions 4 U works with an independent Lawyer, firstly, in correcting any inconsistencies we find on behalf of the vendor, and secondly giving our buyers the assurance that the property they buy is fully up to date, registered on the Title Deed, the Land Registry records and with the Dept of Catastro.  If you become serious about one of our homes, then we will have the property certificates to show, giving you added confidence.  We can also advise on planning issues, 'Room for a Pool' may be true, but getting planning permission is for a pool is a totally different matter.  Clarifying this beforehand saves endless difficulties and unnecessary heartache later on.
