This property is located between the villages of Cómpeta and Canillas de Albaida and within walking distance of both, without any unmade track. Despite being close to village life it is in a quiet location and not overlooked and without passing traffic, ideal for people wanting privacy yet benefiting from the nearness of facilities such as supermarkets, banks, chemists and restaurants.

 

The villa extends to approximately 145m² and has a plot of approximately 850m² which is all fenced, and gated at the entrance. The area around the villa is laid to terracotta terrace and there are various flower beds to the sides with established plants that require minimum maintenance. Through the entrance gates there is parking for at least two cars and the villa is found to the right. The villa's main front door is found past the arched porch on the right although in practice is rarely used. The daily entrance leads into the kitchen from the porch which is light and spacious.
