This finca is found approximately 3 kilometres from the village of Cómpeta, down the Torrox Road, and approximately 25 minutes drive to the coast. It is located just off the main road, down a concrete drive of around 200 metres. From this terrace there are steps up to the roof terrace which has lovely views of the surrounding countryside and ideal for catching the last of the sun enjoying an evening drink. There is a bar-be-que set and some outside chairs.

 

There is a detached garage to the side of the house with extra parking next to the garage also. The garden is mainly laid to the front of the property with the small finca placed on the terrace below. This finca is presently divided into 2 rooms and used as storage but could easily be renovated and used as a third bedroom if desired. There is a flat area to the side of the finca where a free-standing swimming pool could be placed. There are a number of fruit trees and palm trees in the garden which with a little work could be made very pretty.
