This is a Brazilian mahogany wooden chalet, built 2 years ago in a quiet country area just outside the village of Sedella. A concrete driveway leads down to the plot of approximately 2,500m2 of land where there is plenty of terracing around the chalet and swimming pool.

 

The chalet itself has a very attractive L-shaped covered porch, big enough for a family table and chairs for outside dining and also for relaxing in the shade in the summer months. Through the front door is the entrance room with the lounge and dining area to the left with double doors that open out onto the terrace. The kitchen has been fitted with units and Formica tops and the appliances include: an electric oven, ceramic hob with an extractor over, a single drainer sink unit, a microwave, a fridge, a freezer and washing machine - these last three being concealed behind the unit doors. The outside of the chalet has terracing all around and guttering has been fitted and a thoughtful underground drainage system installed to take all the rainfall away from the chalet and drains out to the land in front. To the rear of the chalet there is an attractive wall running all the way from the rear corner of the chalet where the brick built storeroom is through to the pool and BBQ area. The storeroom is approximately 3 x 2 metres and provides very useful storage space. To the rear of the chalet there is a raised flower bed where banana trees have been planted.

 

Beside the brick built BBQ there is a sink fitted and working space for summer outside entertaining. The outside shower is a real novelty, enclosed on three sides for extra privacy.

 

The area in front of the chalet is laid to stone chippings with assorted fruit trees planted along the edge and the apron of land belonging to the plot falls gently down in a triangular shape and has a number of olive trees on it.

 

Electric and town water are connected and there is also a sky satellite system fitted. Furniture and fittings are negotiable.

 

This is a distinctive property possibly for someone looking for something a little different. The chalet is built with good quality materials and the wood has a 50-year guarantee. (The minor remaining work necessary such as the exterior wall painting will be completed before the sale.)
