At either end of the main house are 2 self-contained apartments with their own entrances and terraces. The bathroom comprises of a walk-in shower, sink and toilet. These apartments can be rented separately or for large parties, as a block booking together with the main house accommodation.

 

The house has been built in rustic style with plenty of character such as the double wooden entrance doors, wooden windows, natural stone floors and the many Moorish style decorations. The property is sold with most of the furniture included, apart from some special items, including the kitchen equipment, crockery etc.

 

The exterior of the property is in keeping with the tranquil idea of a retreat holiday and has lots of natural fauna around with different sitting areas to enjoy the beautiful countryside around. There are an abundance of orange trees and a selection of other fruit trees also, as well as a vegetable patch which can be used for growing organic vegetables for the use of the guests. Below the main house there is a log cabin which can be used as further letting accommodation or for the owner's private accommodation. It has one bedroom, kitchen, lounge and bathroom. It is private from the main house with it's own garden area to the side. Further below this, taking the steps down to the river, there is a natural dip pool providing a refreshing change of sparkling river water to cool off in.
