This is a small village house located in the upper part of the village of Canillas de Albaida.
The kitchen is fitted with a stainless steel sink, electric hob, fridge/freezer and microwave. The kitchen is combined with the lounge area which has a sofa and television. The bathroom comprises a sink, toilet and shower cubicle. The main bedroom has a double bed with bedside cabinets and a wardrobe, and the small bedroom has a single bed. This second bedroom could be converted into a lounge providing a separate living room from the kitchen.
The roof terrace is plenty big enough for outside eating and there is a table and chairs and a covered area to provide shade. There is also a sink and additional electric point on the roof terrace so that a small outside kitchen could be made here.
This house has recently been refurbished, hence the kitchen, bathroom and tiles are new and the house is ready to move into.
